Trick or Treat

Look at this mighty duo. The two loved getting dressed up for Halloween. They even played dress up in the weeks leading up to Halloween. They also liked getting a head start on the treats. It was really hard to get a good picture of the two of them because I was competing with Julien's box of Smarties.

The kids had a blast going door to door with a group of kids. We only did a short trip, but the kids were happy with the amount of candy they pulled in.

Unfortunately, over the weekend here, Luis developed a fever. It was off and on yesterday and today. Like every time he gets a fever, he was assessed at the hospital. His neutrophils (an indicator of the level of immunity) were high, so he wasn't kept in the hospital. If the fever persists tomorrow, we'll be returning to the hospital to be assessed again. This is the first fever he has had in about two months. I knew it was bound to happen again, but it was really nice to have Luis healthy for change. Let's hope his neutrophils stay up and the fever passes.
