| Luis and the Neverland Pirates |
Luis didn't see Julien the whole time he was in the hospital. I only saw Julien two of the eight days when I went home because I was sick. We missed Julien so much. I think he missed us too.

On Thursday, we went back to the hospital to check Luis' blood counts. Nurse Ursula was there, as always. She's super amazing and dedicated to "her kids". Lisa, one of the wonderful child life specialists, helped Luis paint. She was one of the first people at Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) that I met the day Luis' tumour was discovered. I remember that first day and how incredibly friendly and helpful she was.

Surprisingly, between Tuesday and Thursday, Luis' blood counts jumped up into the normal range. This will be merry Christmas after all. What's even better is that he will NOT need chemo on Christmas Eve, as originally expected. Instead, his chemo treatments picked up again today. We're in London now for a long day of chemo and hydration to mitigate potential side effects of the chemo.
Just another 5 hours our or so until we're back on the 401!!
